metroZONE sends you exclusive and valuable content filled with fun and useful information for your daily life. You will receive the best offers from MetroPCS, contests as well as content such as weather information, top app suggestions, horoscopes, sports scores, gas price watch, top news, etc.

What will metroZONE cost me?

Nothing! The service is absolutely free! You are not charged anything for downloading the application or for the use of the application.

How can I get metroZONE on my phone?

Is metroZONE available on all phone models?

metroZONE is compatible with all Android devices running Jellybean 4.1 version and newer.

Will using metroZONE interfere with my phone service?

No. metroZONE software is tailored specifically for an optimal user experience. It will not interrupt phone calls or other uses of the phone. It is designed to deliver information to your phone when it is not in use.

Will I still be able to store photos, ringtones and contact information?

Yes. Content and offers presented through metroZONE require minimal memory, and should not affect the functionality of your phone's other software and applications. You will be able to download ringtones and games, and store photos and contact information.

When and where will I be able to use metroZONE?

You will receive metroZONE anywhere within network coverage area. Offers will be delivered to your phone at various times throughout the day.

Can I receive offers from different areas when I'm traveling?

metroZONE will be tailored to the ZIP code that you enter at the time of registration on your phone. They will be available anywhere the network has data connectivity.

How will I know when there is a software update available?

We will alert you of all applicable updates through the metroZONE service or Google Play updates. When an application update is available, you will be able to easily obtain the update through Google Play.

Is there a service document that I am agreeing to by signing up for metroZONE?

Can I change the sound the metroZONE application makes? Can I turn the volume down or off?

You are able to disable the metroZONE alert sound by launching the metroZONE app, click on the "m" in the center, bottom of your screen and then click on the "timer" icon. Under the "silent" option, you can turn on/off.

I don't want a certain type of content; is there any way I can block specific content?

Yes, metroZONE allows you to enable/disable individual content pieces as well as the time you receive them. Launch the metroZONE app, click on the "m" in the center, bottom of your screen and then click on the "timer" icon. All of the categories and times are available here for you to adjust to your preferences.

I'm receiving offers too early in the morning/too late at night what can I do?

  2. Click on android soft menu key
  3. Select Info/Support
  4. Select "Disabling MetroZONE"
  5. Turn MetroZONE off
  6. Click "I'm Sure" button to confirm user wants to disable the app
